Dear Don, I don't know where to start in thanking you for our new deck and lower porch. They are absolutely beautiful and we are receiving rave reviews from all who have recently visited with us. They's can't stop talking about the attention to detail and the little "extras." As you know, we were initially hesitant to start this project knowing it was going to be a considerable expense. We contacted many contractors before finally deciding to go with you. We are extremely pleased that we made not only the “right” choice, but definitely the BEST choice. We couldn’t be happier. You are the epitome of professional and your staff is fantastic. By far, you were the most responsive contractor I’ve EVER dealt with. UNBELIEVABLE. No matter how many questions I had for you, you answered them not only timely, but with complete detailed that eased mine and my husband’s mind. I know I asked you the same questions over and over, but you were so patient and very, very responsive. The icing on the cake was when you responded to my questions even while you were on a family cruise! Customer Service doesn’t get any better than that. Additionally, we made so many changes we couldn’t keep up with them all but you never dropped the ball. We added and subtracted so many options and threw you so many curve balls that any “regular’ business person would have stumbled over, but you hit it out of the park each and every time. Your crew showed up early every day and worked tirelessly. The projected started and finished on time - even with all of the extras we added last minute. I know the above may should like a “commercial”, but I wanted anyone considering using you to know that we are extremely pleased with our project from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use you again or refer you to others. Dear Don, I wanted to write to you to let you know how extremely pleased and happy my wife and I are with our new pool deck. I know in today's society everyone wants it done faster, better and cheaper and often times they fail to say thank you for a job well done. I wanted to let you know that not only are the quality and workmanship of the deck extremely professional, your installers were excellent. Both men showed up on time and worked every day they could to make sure the project was done quickly. Dear Mr. Tomlins: As you recall. I recently had your work crew at my home to build a new cement driveway/patio. I just wanted to write to you and let you know what a positive experience it was. The entire crew arrived at my home in unison and at the same time each morning. I never had to wonder where they were or if they were going to show up each day. They were courteous, announcing their presence and what was planned to be completed at the start of each day, informing me as well when things occurred which had not been anticipated. All of the workmen were very polite, professional and good humored. It was a pleasure to have such gentlemen working at my home. So many times in the past when I've had contractors or servicemen in to do work, it had been such an unpleasant experience, I found myself eagerly awaiting the completion of the job just to be rid of them. Not in this case, however. I was very pleasantly surprised. My family and I watched in fascination as these skilled craftsmen built a beautiful driveway/patio over a long neglected area of land which had previously been an eyesore. I must confess, I was worried about rain draining into my garage once the driveway was paved. Today, we had several rain showers/storms. I went down to the garage to check and it was bone-dry. Amazing! Thank you for the beautiful driveway and positive experience. I won't hesitate at all to recommend your company to friends who are in need of cement work. (In fact, I already have.) Dear Don and Crew, We're getting used to all of the new changes and are enjoying the many great conveniences. You've really given this place a much-needed new look and feel. We're so grateful to all of you. The first celebration here will be for you Don and your Dexperts! Be patient with us and give us time to get it together at our end. It may take awhile, but we are making this a goal and a promise to you and yours. We'll be in touch in plenty of time to arrange a date that is convenient for everyone.
